Tuition is calculated by the number of hours a dancer takes per week and is charged monthly.
Tuition is due monthly 1st - 10th, in the months of September - May.

Auto pay will process on the 10th of each month.

Tuition payments received after the 10th of the month will be charged a $20 late fee.

There is a $30 charge on ALL returned checks.

We accept cash, check, Visa/Mastercard or Autopay. Please make payments at our front desk or pay in your parent portal with your card. Debit/credit card transactions will be charged a 4% processing fee.

Accounts that become more than 45 days overdue will be considered grounds for collection status.
A registration fee (non-refundable & non-transferable) is due upon enrollment for the season for all new and returning dancers.

We offer a 10% sibling discount for second student, and a 15% sibling discount for third or more students.
Class Withdraw
You may withdraw from any or all classes at any time by emailing or dropping class in parent portal 2 weeks prior to your tuition due date. Payments of all classes that a student has participated in are due in full at time of cancellation.
IF A DROP FORM IS NOT RECEIVED WE WILL ASSUME THE STUDENT IS STILL ENROLLED AND FULL TUITION PAYMENT WILL BE EXPECTED ACCORDING TO OUR PAYMENT PROCEDURES.
If a student is absent 4 or more weeks in a row with no communication, dancer will be automatically dropped from class. Account holder will be responsible for all fee accumulated.
Recital: Our annual Recital will be held tentatively May 20th. This is an exciting and rewarding part of the season and we encourage all dancers to participate. All Step It Up dancers will participate in our end-of-season annual recital, unless written recital option-out. Technique only class will not have a dance or be charged a costume fee. We will release recital details in April.
Recital Costumes: Recital costume fees are added up by the number of recital classes your dancer takes, and includes costume, tights (if needed), garment bag and any accessories. This fee is posted to your account on October 15th and is due in full no later than December 15th. Any costume not paid for by December 15th, will be automatically charged to the card or account on file on December 15th. You may also make payments at any time on costume fees throughout those months.

All other classes - $80
Price is per costume, per class.
All costume fees are NON REFUNDABLE after December 15th, 2022. Costumes will not be ordered if not paid for. If your costume fees are not paid by December 15th, you will incur a $10.00 late charge per costume.
Attendance and Recital Participation: Class attendance is very important and if we as teachers feel that an individual has missed too many classes we may pull them from a routine. This is only fair to those who attend regularly. After January 1st, any student who is absent from six or more classes will NOT be permitted to perform in the Spring Recital.
